We are looking for a **Senior .NET Developer** to join a technical team focused on modernizing and optimizing enterprise platforms. The candidate will assume a key role in backend development, ensuring quality, performance, and sound programming practices. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain backend applications using **C#, .NET Framework (4.0+) and .NET (5.0+)**. * Implement development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards. * Review, refactor, and debug code to optimize performance. * Participate in the design and implementation of **microservice-based architectures** and distributed systems. * Integrate with **message brokers** such as RabbitMQ or Kafka (desirable). * Work with **SQL Server databases** and **PL/SQL**. * Manage versions with **Git** and CI/CD pipelines using **Azure DevOps**. * Collaborate on deployments using **Docker** and Kubernetes (plus). * Experience with **Ellucian Banner** or education platforms is a plus. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **3+ years of experience** in .NET and C# development. * Proven experience in enterprise environments, backend services, and microservices. * Knowledge of relational databases and query optimization. * Proficiency with basic DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD). * Experience integrating or customizing ERP systems (preferably Ellucian Banner) is desirable. **Project Conditions** * Work modality: Hybrid (with one in-person session per week, as required) * Location: Jesus Maria, Lima, Peru. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Duration: 2 months (renewable based on performance and project continuity) * Availability: Immediate. * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits.
