Preparing dishes correctly according to standardized recipes. 2. Preparing dressings and ingredients, among other production tasks. 3. Assisting with order receiving, ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4. Executing Mise & Place for the area, monitoring and ensuring product quality and compliance with established standards. 5. Immediately informing the kitchen supervisor if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6. Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after service. 7. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8. Collaborating in preserving raw materials and finished products in accordance with established standards. 9. Understanding proper handling and completion of forms and production records.
