Customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in person. Scheduling and follow-up of appointments. Resolving inquiries and complaints with empathy and sound judgment. Following up with pending customers. Recording and managing information. Coordinating with technical staff and advisors. Delivering a warm, professional, and organized customer experience. REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT) \- Minimum 2 years of REAL customer service experience. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Strong WhatsApp writing skills. \- Ability to handle demanding or uncomfortable customers. \- Organization, speed, and sound judgment to prioritize tasks. \- Commercial aptitude (building trust and helping confirm appointments). \- Basic/intermediate Excel and system proficiency.
