Creative and strategic role in digital marketing and content creation. **We are looking for a Marketing Assistant – Real Estate!** At **Solospazio Real Estate**, located in San Juan de Miraflores, we seek a creative, proactive, and organized individual passionate about digital marketing and content creation, who wishes to develop professionally in the real estate sector. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram). * Knowledge of social media management: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. * Proficiency in Canva for graphic design. * Basic knowledge of CapCut or another video editor. * Ability to record and edit videos for social media. * Knowledge of smartphone photography and video recording. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills. * Preferred experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Responsibilities * Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. * Design posts, stories, reels, and graphic materials to promote properties. * Record and edit property videos, virtual tours, and institutional content. * Schedule and publish content on social media. * Manage the company’s social media accounts and respond to inquiries as appropriate. * Support the execution of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads. * Update listings on real estate portals. * Coordinate photography and video sessions for properties. * Propose new strategies to increase reach and attract clients. * Analyze post performance and prepare basic reports. We Offer * In-office work at our office located in San Juan de Miraflores. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.**, and Saturdays, **9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * Employment arrangement via **Service Invoice (Recibo por Honorarios)**. * Fixed monthly remuneration of **S/ 1,130**. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for learning and growth in the real estate sector.
