Opportunity for professional development in retail projects. **JOB OPENING: ASSISTANT SPECIALTY ENGINEER** Lima, Peru Project: Shopping Mall Expansion (Retail Construction) We are currently seeking a **Specialty Engineer** to join our team on a shopping mall expansion project in Lima. We seek a proactive, organized professional with experience in coordination and supervision of installations in retail projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in supervision and control of execution of: * Electrical installations (power and lighting). * Sanitary installations. * Mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC). * Fire protection systems (detection and piping networks). * Coordination with subcontractors and technical specialties. * Verification of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical specifications. * Quality control and compliance with safety standards. * Monitoring of construction schedule and progress reporting. * Support in testing, protocols, and commissioning of systems. * Coordination with supervision, project management, and client. **Requirements** * Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Sanitary, or related Engineering degree. * Professional registration (Colegiatura) for more than 2 years. * Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction projects; experience in retail or shopping center projects is preferred. * Knowledge of current Peruvian regulations (RNE and applicable technical standards). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **Work Conditions** * On-site work mode (Lima). \* **We Offer** * Assignment to a high-profile project. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional development in retail projects.
