Productivity bonuses At **Greta Market**, a company specializing in health-focused products, we are currently seeking a **Full-Time Store Leader** for our **store located in Miraflores.** We seek an individual with leadership skills, commitment, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing teams in a dynamic environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise store opening and closing procedures, ensuring staff adhere to scheduled working hours. * Be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering timely, courteous, and efficient customer service. * Manage merchandise replenishment, overseeing orders, physical and system inventory, product expiration dates, and quality. * Minimize shrinkage and losses by ensuring proper product storage and compliance with sanitary regulations. * Supervise store order, cleanliness, and appearance, verifying adherence to hygiene protocols and personal presentation standards. * Administer and organize staff schedules, delegate tasks, and supervise task completion. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year** of experience as a Supervisor, Store Manager, or Store Leader, preferably in retail or convenience stores. * Leadership and communication skills, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude. * Proactive attitude with the ability to propose improvements and optimize processes. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work in Surco. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company within the health-focused sector. * Career path and professional development. * Productivity bonuses. * Formal payroll registration from day one.
