We are a textile company dedicated to manufacturing high-quality garments for export. We are currently seeking a **Knitter–Programmer of Straight-Bar Knitting Machines (Stoll brand)** who values job stability, professional development, and wishes to join a strong, continuously growing team. **Responsibilities:** * Operate and program straight-bar knitting machines. * Program and operate straight-bar knitting machines, preferably **Stoll** brand. * If experienced with **Shima Seiki**, willingness to adapt and receive training on the Stoll system. * Supervise proper machine operation throughout the production process. * Meet quality standards and production deadlines. * Perform basic maintenance and report technical malfunctions. * Coordinate with the production department. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a knitter–programmer of straight-bar knitting machines. * Knowledge of **Stoll** machines (preferred). * Experience with **Shima Seiki** machines (acceptable, provided candidate is willing to undergo training). * General knowledge of knitting. * Availability to work in Surquillo, Lima. * Responsibility, commitment, and teamwork. * Candidates with experience operating **manual knitting machines** will also be considered. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 4,000 per month. * Accommodation assistance (subject to evaluation, for personnel residing outside Lima). * Working hours: 48 hours per week, with flexible shifts (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). * Training and career advancement opportunities. * Pleasant working environment. * Job stability.
