Career path opportunity 3. 100% meal coverage Lucha Partners, owner of the brands: 7 Sopas, Lucha Sangucheria, and Paco Yonque Hiring for Warehouse Assistant / Paco Yonque Responsibilities: * Receive suppliers and verify incoming merchandise documentation (invoices, waybills, and purchase orders), and register stock in the system. * Prepare and distribute orders for kitchen lines, production, and service to ensure timely response and optimize operations. * Organize and place materials in assigned locations for easy identification. * Conduct daily counts of key products, ensuring proper rotation and preventing expired items. * Maintain the warehouse orderly and clean. * Perform the restaurant's full inventory. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (conducting physical inventory counts, storage of stock, and Kardex management) * Basic Excel skills * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one day off per week.
