




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a gastronomic operation, responsible for inventory control, goods receipt, and warehouse management. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a gastronomic operation (cevichería chain). **Responsibilities** * Daily inventory and kardex control. * Receipt, inspection, and registration of purchases and goods. * Product rotation control (FIFO / FEFO). * Organization and control of food and beverage warehouse. * Monitoring of minimum and maximum stock levels. * Coordination with kitchen and administration for product replenishment. * Control of inventory shrinkage and discrepancies. * Recording of product inflows and outflows in the system. * Supplier management and follow-up. **Technical Knowledge** * Cyclical inventory management. * Kardex management. * BPM, BPA, and HACCP standards. * 5S or Lean organization methodologies (desirable). * Knowledge of food cost and input control. * Proficiency in Excel and office tools. * **Proficiency in the restaurant.pe system (plus).** **Requirements** * Experience in restaurant warehouse operations. * **Experience in gastronomic operations or cevicherías (desirable).** * Orderliness, responsibility, and strong control capability. **Conditions** * Salary: S/ 1,600 – S/ 1,800 * MYPE payroll * Working hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * Day off between Monday and Thursday * Meals provided * Corporate benefits and discounts Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
