Proposal of improvements and compliance with internal policies **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the company's administrative processes, ensuring proper internal operations, adherence to procedures, and efficient support to different departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the company's administrative and operational processes. * Manage administrative documentation, contracts, files, and reports. * Support payment processing, invoicing, expense control, and coordination with accounting. * Monitor suppliers and general services. * Provide administrative and management support to internal departments. * Propose process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency. * Ensure compliance with established internal policies and procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of administrative management and document control. * Proficiency in Excel and office tools (intermediate level preferred). * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and follow-up capability.
