Opportunity for professional growth. **PETROLEUM HYDROCARBONS ARCHITECT** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Petroleum Hydrocarbons Architect with proven experience in designing and developing fuel stations (gas stations). A professional capable of leading technical, regulatory, and construction projects, working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team. **Job Objective** Design, plan, and supervise fuel station projects (liquid fuels, LPG, CNG), ensuring regulatory compliance (OSINERGMIN, MINEM, municipal authorities), operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Lead technical files, permits, coordination with regulatory entities, and supervision of civil and electromechanical construction works. **Requirements** * Licensed Architect, registered with the Professional Association of Architects and duly authorized to practice. * Minimum 3 years of experience in gas stations or hydrocarbon infrastructure. * Knowledge of regulations: Peruvian National Building Code (RNE), Supreme Decree No. 054-93-EM, NFPA, ITSE, etc. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion. * Availability for office-based and field work. **Main Responsibilities** * Design of fuel stations (liquid fuels, LPG, CNG) and convenience stores. * Preparation of technical files and permits. * Coordination and interpretation of specialty drawings. * Safety inspections, safety reports, and ITSE documentation. * Architectural surveys and field visits. * Scheduling, quantity take-offs, and physical-legal land regularization. **Competencies** * Technical leadership and proactivity * Multidisciplinary teamwork * Organization and time management * Effective communication and results orientation **Benefits** * Positive work environment * Opportunity for professional growth * Compensation: S/ 5,000 to S/ 5,800 (based on evaluation) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,500.00 \- S/.5,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
