




Job Summary: Resident assistant providing technical advisory and process management for real estate projects, optimizing the classification and communication of changes to ensure project progress and timely delivery. Preparation of documentation files and support in valuations **RESIDENT ASSISTANT \- REAL ESTATE** **Position Objective** To assist department heads with technical advisory, process management, and related activities concerning the optimization, classification, and communication of changes and interferences, thereby ensuring adherence to defined timelines for project progress and delivery. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Prepare documentation files to support valuation preparation for the main contract and any additional valuations required for the project. * Assist in coordinating and issuing RFI’s (Requests for Information) across various disciplines according to project requirements. * Ensure availability of necessary drawings and documentation concurrently with on-site execution activities. * Prepare quantity take-offs to determine quantities to be executed and ensure consistency of such information. * Manage documentation including RFI’s, Submittals, letters, and other information related to the Technical Office area to guarantee its availability. **Requirements** * Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this position. * Experience in multi-family, condominium, and/or residential projects is desirable. * Completion of courses in Project Management, Lean Construction, or BIM Management is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks / Tekla, Navisworks. Availability to work Monday through Saturday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
