Our company is seeking outstanding professionals for the position of Valuation Engineer for the Technical Office of a Road Construction Project in Lima. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 03 years of experience performing similar functions in construction projects. * Proficiency in software relevant to the field: Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. * Mastery of quantity surveying, valuation, scheduling, and reporting. * Availability to work in Lima. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of valuations until approval. * Monthly valuation of executed works according to the project budget, along with other duties inherent to the position. * Implementation of the project control structure, defining how information will be recorded, collected, and processed. * Resolution of technical queries related to costs received from the Supervision and/or subcontractors. * Continuous coordination for updating and reviewing the project’s physical and financial progress. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Type:** Full-time Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
