Opportunity for career progression A leading company in the marketing of technology equipment is seeking top talent for the position of: AI IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field • Availability to work on-site Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM • Availability to work on-site in Surquillo • Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence • Proficiency in POWER IB • Experience with Python, integration of LLM APIs, databases, and workflow creation Responsibilities: • Implement automated customer satisfaction metrics via email or WhatsApp. • Automatically follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases. • Send automated notifications to specific customers, including commercial and collections-related messages. • Implement a sales order tracking system. • Integrate a chatbot on our website. • Enhance video and catalog search functionality on our website. • Implement automated and segmented promotional communications via email or WhatsApp. • Implement logistics performance indicators to evaluate warehouse staff performance. • Other AI implementation tasks.
