Job Summary: We are seeking a Budget and Cost Analyst to review, prepare, and compare project budgets, request quotations, and evaluate technical proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of construction budgets and land evaluation ratios. 2. Review and preparation of quantity take-offs for all project items. 3. Evaluation of economic proposals for various technical installations. At Imagina, we are looking for a Budget and Cost Analyst. The main responsibilities include: * Reviewing the project's technical file to prepare its budget. * Reviewing and preparing quantity take-offs for all project items involved. * Requesting quotations from material suppliers and subcontractors to identify costs. * Preparing construction budgets using Soluflex software. * Preparing ratio-based budgets for land evaluation and acquisition. * Comparing amounts and ratios from executed projects with new budgets. * Reviewing technical files and evaluating economic proposals for electrical, sanitary, ACI, HVAC, and communications installations. Requirements: * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Certified experience in cost management and Operational Summaries. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency.
