**JOB VACANCY – RESIDENT CIVIL ENGINEER** We are **TMF Inversiones SAC** and we are looking for a licensed Resident Civil Engineer responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the proper execution of construction projects that have the required municipal permit. It is essential that you help us ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor construction work according to plans, technical specifications, and work schedule. * Coordinate activities of technical and operational staff on site. * Manage necessary resources for project progress (materials, equipment, tools). * Prepare technical reports, valuations, and weekly and monthly progress reports. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Supervise the quality of materials and construction processes. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering and active professional license (mandatory). * Proven experience as a Site Resident Engineer. * Up-to-date knowledge of technical regulations, safety, and project management. * Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or others). * Immediate availability to work on site in Lima, Peru. * Employment type: Full-time. **Benefits:** * Payment method: Service invoices (RXH). * Salary: S/1300\. * Career growth and involvement in high-impact projects. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
