Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist to manage, administer, and optimize the organization's technology infrastructure and ensure a smooth transition to the cloud. Focus on scalability, security, and operational efficiency A leading real estate corporation is undergoing digital transformation and migrating its on-premises infrastructure to a cloud environment. We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist to join our team in Surco. Job Objective Manage, administer, and optimize the corporation's technology infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity, information security, and a proper transition from on-premises environments to a cloud architecture (GCP). Compensation S/ 3,500 per month Full statutory payroll \+ legal benefits 100% EPS coverage \+ Mandatory Life Insurance Bi-weekly payments Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Required Profile We seek a professional with comprehensive technical vision, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage both physical infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure Degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, or related fields Experience administering hybrid environments (On-Premise \+ Cloud) Essential Technical Knowledge Infrastructure and Networking LAN/WAN configuration and administration Management of managed switches Firewall and VPN Structured cabling Windows Server and Active Directory administration Cloud (GCP – intermediate level) IAM management Compute Engine Cloud Storage Migration of on-premises servers to cloud Backup and snapshot policies Advanced Google Workspace administration Security and Business Continuity Backup strategies Access control Security policies Technical documentation Incident management Corporate Support Office 365 / Google Workspace administration Device configuration Advanced user support Access and permission management Desirable GCP Associate certification or equivalent Basic automation knowledge (PowerShell / Bash) Experience in structured migration processes Experience documenting IT architecture Employment Type: Full-time
