Scope of Work: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Maintenance of computer peripheral equipment. * Network administration, implementation, and solutions. * Identification and resolution of hardware and software failures. * Ability to provide customer service and effectively resolve technical issues. * Perform other related responsibilities as required. Requirements: * Professional degree as a Technician in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a technician in computer maintenance and/or maintenance of computer peripheral equipment. * Certification in Networking and Connectivity Infrastructure (CCNA, Dell Networking, or similar brands). * Knowledge of hardware and software. * Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
