Position Summary: We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead and oversee production operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and human team development. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **PLANT MANAGER** for our Lima plant located in Villa El Salvador. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** To lead, direct, plan, and control production plant operations, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, productivity, and delivery time targets, while guaranteeing efficient use of resources and human team development. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Plan and schedule daily and weekly production. · Supervise manufacturing processes. · Ensure quality standards for finished products. · Control efficient use of raw materials. · Ensure compliance with quality standards. · Implement continuous improvements in production processes. · Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. · Train supervisors and middle management. · Lead the operational team and strengthen the workplace climate. · Ensure compliance with safety and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations. · Handle documentation and plant preparation for certifications or standards required by public entities or others. · Responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). **CANDIDATE PROFILE** · Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within manufacturing plants. · Experience in the wood or furniture industry is preferred. · Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs). · Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. · Proficiency in cutting optimization software and production ERPs. · Experience leading operational teams. · Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Availability to work in: Villa El Salvador, behind the Certus Institute (preference for candidates residing in nearby areas) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
