Purpose of the Position We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor for the Manufacturing Management team. Your primary challenge will be to guarantee production in the Integration area, planning and anticipating resource needs while ensuring achievement of production targets defined by your supervisor. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** Guaranteeing production in the Integration area, planning and anticipating resource needs while ensuring achievement of production targets defined by your supervisor. Ensuring work quality, worker safety, and on-time delivery, complying with procedures established by the division and using available resources efficiently. Periodically reporting to management or their designated representative on area performance. Requirements What do I need to take on this challenge? **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Higher Technical Degree in Electrical Execution, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Control, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a Technical Supervisor and/or in design and engineering, manufacturing, energization of electrical equipment and/or industrial automation. **Knowledge:** Panel manufacturing, CCM (Rockwell), and load distribution centers. Engineering solution design for products or projects assigned to the area. Knowledge of current electrical regulations. Blueprint reading.
