Job Summary: We are seeking a WordPress and SEO-focused Web Designer to create, manage, and grow websites optimized for conversion and Google search rankings. Key Highlights: 1. Use of AI tools for content generation and optimization We are looking for a Web Designer focused on WordPress and SEO to create, manage, and grow websites. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and building attractive, conversion-optimized, and Google-ranking websites using visual builders (e.g., Elementor), without requiring advanced programming skills. The role involves using WordPress as the foundation, as well as learning and utilizing our internal platform for website creation and scalability. Key Responsibilities: WordPress website design and development (focused on design and UX) Creation of conversion-optimized landing pages Organization and publication of web content (pages, blogs, etc.) On-page SEO optimization (titles, structure, content) Implementation of modern web design best practices Use of AI tools for content generation and optimization Continuous improvement of user experience and site structure Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in web design or WordPress Experience with visual builders (Elementor, Divi, or others) Strong design sense (layout, typography, colors, structure) Intermediate SEO knowledge Experience creating conversion-oriented pages Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with landing pages and funnels Knowledge of UX/UI Execution capability and attention to detail Interest in professional learning and growth Advanced development or complex programming is not required. We seek a profile focused on design, content, and web optimization.
