Monitor customs clearance and schedule SENASA inspections. A leading OEA-certified company specializing in comprehensive logistics solutions for international trade operations and cargo management is seeking a passionate professional to join its team as a **CUSTOMS SECTOR SPECIALIST**, meeting the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Knowledge of the General Customs Law Regulation * Proficiency in the SINTAD system (Mandatory) * Immediate availability **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise clients on matters related to customs regulations. * Review received documentation to verify absence of errors or omissions. * Open orders in SINTAD and assign them to the customs liquidator. * Daily reporting of customs clearance status to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proforma invoices received from the commercial department. * Maintain oversight of clients’ customs clearance processes. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception time slots. * Coordinate and direct client shipments as appropriate. * Check free days for demurrage and storage. * Submit requests via the VUCE system to schedule SENASA inspections.
