




REQUIREMENTS: \- Education/training in pastry or related fields. \- Knowledge of and interest in pastry. \- Availability to work in the La Molina district. \- Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week. \- Organized, dedicated, and demanding in one's work. \- Possession of a health certificate or willingness to obtain one. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Learning and preparation of spoonable pastries. \- Preparation of standardized recipes (reading and executing recipes). \- Mise en place and assistance in final assembly.
