




REQUIREMENTS: \- Education/training in pastry or related fields. \- Knowledge of and interest in pastry. \- Availability to work in the La Molina district. \- Monday to Saturday; Sunday is day off. \- Must be organized, dedicated, and meticulous about work. \- Must hold a health certificate or be willing to obtain one. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Learning and preparing spoonable pastries. \- Preparing standardized recipes (reading and executing recipes). \- Mise en place and assisting with final assembly.
