Training and development within the team. **Kitchen Assistant –** **Location:** Moore Street 105, Miraflores **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** 1200\- 1800 **About the Project** We aim to create gastronomic experiences with identity, flavor, and service excellence. It is a seafood fast-food concept; we seek to welcome into our team a person passionate about cooking, organized, proactive, and eager to learn. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation and production according to recipes and established standards. * Mise en place and pre-service organization. * Washing, cutting, portioning, and basic preparation of ingredients. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen area. * Support during service and dish dispatch. * Monitor and handle food correctly in accordance with food safety regulations. * Assist with inventory management, goods receipt, and storage. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant, kitchen helper, or similar roles (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling, cutting techniques, preferably seafood preparation (fish and shellfish), and good hygiene practices, among others. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsible, punctual, organized, and positive-minded individual. * Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team. **We Especially Value** * Passion for gastronomy. * Organization and operational efficiency. * Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills. * Initiative and commitment. **We Offer** * A positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and learning. * Training and development within the team. * The chance to be part of a gastronomic project with identity and a growth-oriented vision.
