Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team at the central office, providing support in supplier management, order tracking, and stock control. Key Highlights: 1. Order, material, and equipment tracking At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for a **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** to join our team at the central office, located at **PATIO PANORAMA** in **SURCO**. Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialized courses in Logistics. * Proficiency in **S10** at the user level. * Experience in the construction sector. * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities: * Provide support in supplier management and tracking to ensure timely material procurement. * Conduct quotations, prepare comparative tables, and assist in negotiations with suppliers. * Track orders, materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. * Assist in stock control, inventory management, and site warehouse visits. * Support equipment maintenance, petty cash management, and area performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Anti-Bribery System, and other company policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Location:** Surco, Lima **Salary:** S/.2,800.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Thursday and Friday: 7:00 PM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,050.00 \- S/.2,100.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields? * Do you have experience in Logistics or Procurement?
