**Job Description:** Andes Panda is seeking a professional responsible for leading and ensuring proper management of compensation processes, personnel administration, and labor compliance, guaranteeing operational efficiency, accuracy in payroll processing, and regulatory compliance, aligned with organizational objectives. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Oversee Talent Management processes to ensure attraction, development, and retention of employees. * Manage and ensure compliance with the Performance Evaluation process and organizational climate improvement plans. * Manage and guarantee correct execution of personnel administration processes, including staff attendance policies, overtime management and control, employee vacations, hour recovery, among others. * Supervise and review processes, ensuring timely payment to employees, as well as bonuses and Compensation for Length of Service (CTS). * Respond to inspections by Sunafil. * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of human resources professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Implement and supervise recruitment and talent retention strategies specifically tailored to the construction sector. * Develop and implement performance evaluation systems that align individual goals with corporate objectives. * Conduct periodic performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and establishing professional development plans for employees. * Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to optimize performance and productivity. * Apply industry-specific expertise in construction to address personnel management challenges unique to this sector. * Ensure compliance with labor and workplace safety regulations. * Develop training and development programs tailored to sector-specific needs. **Position Profile:** * Graduate professional in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Five years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of performance cycle management, talent development, and human development KPIs. * Additional certifications in human resources management. * Intermediate–advanced Office proficiency. * Advanced English (desirable).
