Professional development opportunities and career growth path Mining Engineer – Underground Operations A growing Peruvian mining company dedicated to the marketing of polymetallic mineral concentrates and the development of small-scale mining projects is seeking a professional to join its technical team. Job Objective Lead the implementation and supervision of the corporate group’s mining projects, providing specialized technical support to operations and mining producers commercially linked with the company. Requirements • Licensed Mining Engineer. • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. • Proven experience in underground mining. • Knowledge of mine safety, selective mining methods, ground support, and blasting. • Experience in budget preparation, cost control, and contractor management. • AutoCAD proficiency is desirable. • Class A1 driver’s license. • Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork. Work Location Miraflores, Lima (head office) and mining operation units, primarily in Andajes – Oyón and other regions of the country. Work Modality First stage: Full-time employment with frequent field travel.
