What will you do? * Supervise proper kitchen operations and provide support across various areas as needed. * Verify quality, inspect, and ensure correct packaging of orders prior to delivery. * Perform shift opening and closing procedures, including checklists and point-of-sale system management. * Manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and ordering of supplies. * Monitor operational KPIs and execute action plans for continuous improvement. * Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the team through daily briefings and follow-ups. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, cleanliness, and product preservation standards. * Report incidents related to supplies, materials, or operational processes. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on tasks required for daily operations. * Fulfill other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Store Administrator. What are we looking for? * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of inventory control and operational form management. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to operate effectively across different kitchen areas. * Aptitude for working under pressure and efficiently. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
