What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professionally discerning Human Resources Coordinator to lead our talent management area. Your main responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of recruitment and personnel hiring. Supervise and execute payroll preparation, T-Registration, and declarations on AFP Net. Administer documentary control and accurate attendance recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations (committee management and Sunafil liaison). Develop strategies to measure and improve workplace climate. Requirements to Apply: Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in HR leadership positions. Technical Knowledge: Thorough mastery of Peruvian labor legislation, employment contracts, payroll calculation, and attendance control. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Office applications (Excel is mandatory) and government portals. Your Key Competencies: Leadership and effective communication. Extreme organizational skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.
