Role Objective: To serve as the first point of technological contact for organizational staff, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, and networks, and contributing to the group’s operational continuity through prompt and effective assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk technical support to internal users, addressing hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral incidents. - Register, manage, and track tickets in the incident management system (ITSM), ensuring timely and documented resolution of each case. - Install, configure, and maintain organizational computing equipment, printers, and other technological devices. - Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.). - Provide support for LAN/Wi-Fi network configuration, VPN setup, and basic connectivity diagnostics. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, maintaining an updated inventory of technological assets. - Escalate incidents exceeding the assigned support level in a timely manner, providing necessary context for resolution. - Support implementation of basic cybersecurity measures: antivirus management, system updates, and user awareness. Requirements: - Completed technical diploma or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, Computing, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support, Helpdesk, or service desk (Level 1 / Level 2). - Proficiency in Windows 10/11 environments and remote administration tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar). - Knowledge of hardware and software diagnosis and repair, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN networking. - Experience managing accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive). - Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, or similar).
