WE ARE LOCATED IN PUNTA HERMOSA AT BSF WAREHOUSES: REQUIREMENTS: \-Bachelor's degree, licensed professional, or technician in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, and/or related fields. \-Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems, as well as other computer systems relevant to job functions. **\-Knowledge of Logistics Operations.** Desired: specialized courses and/or seminars for training, updates, complementary studies, or specific qualifications for the position. \-Plan, execute, and supervise operations using KPIs. \-Experience as a coordinator or supervisor in logistics sector accounts. \-Intermediate or advanced level in Office and Excel. \- Intermediate or advanced level in Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Propose improvements in infrastructure, organization, processes, and functions. **Ensure fulfillment of purchase orders through to the end customer.** Manage assigned accounts and conduct operational inspections. **Supervise and control receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, slotting, and dispatching tasks, ensuring time and productivity controls.** Analyze and evaluate results from cyclic and general inventories performed for each assigned client. **Prepare internal and external reports and reports.** Supervise client invoicing. **Review employee work schedules.** Assign locations per client. **Update and monitor KPIs.** Plan and manage necessary resources for proper performance of assigned operations. **Efficiently and promptly handle incident management, providing solution options tailored to each assigned client.** Identify and quantify client needs to enable proper sizing and subsequent operational cost estimation. **Propose improvements / necessary actions to achieve company goals and targets.** Supervise, ensure, and train personnel under supervision to meet company-established standards, contributing to continuous improvement within the company. **Comply with Quality, Safety and Health at Work, Environmental, social responsibility, and BASC SCSS standards for prevention of illegal acts, Good Storage Practices, and other company-established policies.** Other duties related to the position.
