Focus on Legal Compliance and Employee Well-being At **MAS IMAGEN**, we are looking for an **HR COORDINATOR**. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields. * Specialization in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or Industrial Relations. * Preferred training in Talent Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Peruvian Labor Regulations. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources departments. * Experience in SMEs or medium-sized companies, with knowledge of administrative processes. * Proficiency in SUNAT, EsSalud, MTPE, and labor-related procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. * Contract administration: drafting and registering contracts, registration with SUNAT, internship agreements, and renewals. * Payroll management: attendance tracking, salary advances, vacations, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and bonuses. * Legal compliance: ensuring adherence to labor laws and social security regulations. * Workplace climate: implementing employee well-being initiatives. * Document management: memoranda, disciplinary notices, internal communications, and personnel files. * Liaison with external entities: SUNAT, EsSalud, and the Ministry of Labor. * Other duties as assigned by Management or direct supervisors. **Conditions:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Formal employment under MYP payroll. * Life Insurance per Law. * Remuneration: S/2000 to S/2500, based on evaluation. * Availability to work in Surquillo (half a block from Open Angamos). ***Interested candidates should send their CV via WhatsApp to 973746614, specifying the position applied for.*** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience as an HR Coordinator? * Have you led teams? * How many years of experience do you have as an HR Coordinator? * What is your age? * In which district do you reside? * How many recruitment requisitions (RQ) have you filled per month? * What strategies do you use for mass recruitment? * Do you have experience in the graphic industry? * Are you agreeable to the stated working hours and salary range?
