A well-established financial services company is looking for an **Accounting and Payroll Analyst** who wishes to join a dynamic and organized team. We seek a responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with experience in operational accounting processes and document control. **Requirements**: * Technical or university graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and CONCAR software. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, and data validation). * Orderliness, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work on-site in Surco, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. **Responsibilities**: * Recording and validating purchases and sales in the accounting system. * Filing PLAME declarations and calculating payroll. * Bank reconciliations and analysis of discrepancies. * Management of deductions and withholdings (recording, payments, and collection follow-up). * Preparation and control of employee payroll and social benefits. * Review, recording, and control of mobility settlements. * Filing and document control of supporting documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes). **Salary**: S/ 1,800 to S/ 2,200 MYPE Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside?
