Profile: - Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. - Solid knowledge of current labor legislation applicable to the private sector. - Knowledge of employment contracts, payroll calculation, severance payments, and social benefits. - Extensive expertise in human resource management. - Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for personnel, according to modalities established for each business unit within the corporation. - Manage payroll calculation and payment, including salaries, vacations, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), and social benefit settlements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MINTRA) and the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT). - Diagnose labor management indicators and propose solutions; implement and operationalize approved methodological and operational improvements as directed by General Management. - Coordinate with business leaders to evaluate the performance of their teams. - Supervise compliance with employee safety and control measures. - Coordinate training campaigns across business units and manage corporate institutional events. - Manage communication between senior management and personnel across business units; ensure implementation and compliance with corporate agreements and policies. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations, prevention and resolution of conflicts, and improvement of working conditions for employees. - Requirements: Education: University degree 3 years of experience Age: Between 25 and 50 years Keywords: resources, human
