Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative student to support social media video production, editing, and post-production, collaborating on scripts and content optimization. Opportunity for professional development in audiovisual production with possible contract renewal. **Requirements:** * University student from the seventh semester onward, or technical student from the fourth semester onward, majoring in Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in video editing software (CapCut and Adobe Premiere). * Experience or strong on-camera presence (may appear in videos). * Ability to adapt videos for various digital platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). * Knowledge or experience in **studio lighting design**. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in social media video production, filming, editing, and post-production. * Collaborate on scriptwriting and storyboarding for diverse audiovisual productions. * Support adaptation and optimization of content for different formats and social media platforms. * Perform basic audio, color, and subtitle adjustments according to quality standards. * Propose creative ideas for promotional and brand videos. * Ensure content complies with copyright regulations. * Participate in audiovisual campaign planning meetings. **Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Ability to receive and apply feedback. * Teamwork and proactivity. * Precision in editing and assembly. * Creativity to propose new formats and visual styles. **Benefits:** * **Monetary incentive \+ performance-based bonus** * Internship certificate and agreement. * Possibility of contract renewal or career progression in audiovisual production. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday * Morning: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Position Type: Part-time, Internship Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: S/.500\.00 per month Expected Hours: 24 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
