Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to manage, monitor, and optimize operational and technical processes in the field, with a focus on furniture installation and assembly, using manual and electric tools. Responsibilities: • Manage, monitor, and optimize operational and technical processes in the field, ensuring compliance with quality standards. • Furniture installation (melamine, dining tables, home and office furniture, among others). • Assembly of chairs and other products. • Support in basic touch-ups (painting/finishing). • Use of manual and electric tools (screwdrivers, drill, rotary hammer, router, among others). • Support in installation tasks according to schedule. Requirements: • Technical education • Basic knowledge of furniture installation. • Basic handling of manual and electric tools. • Prior experience in similar roles is desirable (not mandatory). • Availability for fieldwork. Work Schedule and Location: - Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. - Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (two Saturdays per month, on a rotating basis or as needed) - Availability to work in Villa El Salvador.
