Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations and Fuel Supply Coordinator to lead the integrated management of fuel supply, transportation, and distribution, optimizing resources and ensuring operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the integrated management of fuel supply and distribution 2. Negotiate and coordinate fuel procurement with distributors 3. Supervise the driver team and manage performance indicators We are a leading company in the hydrocarbons sector with a strong market track record, and we are currently seeking top talent for the position of: · OPERATIONS AND FUEL SUPPLY COORDINATOR · Lead the group's integrated management of fuel supply, transportation, and distribution, ensuring operational continuity, resource optimization, and compliance with current legal regulations. · Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule fuel supply and distribution to service station networks and direct customers. Negotiate and coordinate fuel procurement with retail distributors, aligning with established targets. Monitor fuel transportation and distribution to customers. Develop and control the department's operating budget. Administer the department's petty cash fund. Maintain documentation for trucks and drivers (licenses, insurance policies, DGH, etc.). Prepare and submit management performance indicators (KPIs) and reports requested by management. Organize, supervise, and evaluate the driver team. Manage monthly work assignments and staff incentives. Coordinate with Human Resources on disciplinary measures and improvement actions. Requirements University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Courses or training in operational management, logistics, supply chain, administrative control, leadership, or personnel management.
