Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst with experience in ERP architecture to analyze, document, and improve business processes, provide support, and participate in the implementation and maintenance of the system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze and improve business processes related to ERP systems 2. Provide functional and technical support to ERP users 3. Participate in ERP implementation and maintenance We are an agro-industrial company currently seeking an IT Analyst with ERP architecture experience. Location: El Derby, Surco, Lima Responsibilities: * Analyze, document, and improve business processes related to ERP systems. * Provide functional and technical support to ERP users (finance, logistics, production, field operations, etc.). * Participate in the ongoing implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system. * Coordinate with external software and technology vendors. * Gather user requirements and translate them into technological solutions. * Conduct functional testing and validation of developments. * Manage incidents, enhancements, and system changes. * Prepare reports and dashboards for decision-making. * Ensure data integrity and availability. * Train users on system usage. * Other duties related to the position. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of **2–3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or IT Assistant**. * Experience working with **ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others)**. * Knowledge of database management (basic/intermediate SQL). * Experience in requirements gathering and process documentation. * Proficiency with reporting tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel, or similar). * \*Plus: experience in the agricultural sector.
