Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner Assistant to ensure the planning, control, and execution of maintenance activities for company equipment and assets. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives At *Macchia Dulcería y Café*, we are looking for a ***Maintenance Planner Assistant*** to ensure proper planning, control, and execution of maintenance for our equipment and assets. If you have experience in *industrial maintenance, technical management, or maintenance planning in food production plants or related industries*, this opportunity is for you. * Employment Type: *Full Time* * Working Hours: *Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.* * Work Location: *Rotational across Macchia locations, based at Barranco Plant* * Primary Base: *Barranco* ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Operate and manage maintenance software. * Maintain up-to-date inventory and location records for equipment and assets. * Develop and update preventive maintenance plans. * Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize operational impact. * Manage work orders and maintenance backlog. * Track equipment technical history, costs, spare parts, and failures. * Monitor maintenance KPIs and propose improvements. * Coordinate third-party services and verify compliance with technical and safety requirements. * Control maintenance budget, spare parts, and overtime hours. * Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage spare parts forecasting, coding, and procurement. * Participate in evaluation and procurement of equipment and assets. ***Requirements:*** * Completed technical studies in equipment maintenance or mechanical/industrial engineering. * Experience in maintenance planning and continuous improvement using software tools. * Intermediate knowledge of refrigeration, heating, gas, and electromechanical equipment. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (*mandatory*). * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and assertive communication. ***Benefits:*** * MYPE payroll registration * 100% covered lunch * Corporate discounts * Bi-weekly payments *And of course, you must share our passion for coffee and desserts!
