Cleam SAC, an environmental management company, is looking to incorporate an Accounts Receivable Assistant focused on administration and control of payments from its client portfolio. **Location:** San Miguel **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site work **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage collections according to billing information. * Record and monitor daily income generated from various services. * Prepare and send settlement statements to customers. * Coordinate with the billing department for proper document registration. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of the accounts receivable portfolio. * Prepare income reports and collection forecasts. * Provide administrative support and service to internal and external customers. **Required Profile:** * Completed technical or university education in finance, accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Ability to negotiate and perform effectively under pressure. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Continuous development and learning opportunities.
