Experience and Knowledge: * Direct customer service experience (mandatory) * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Hospitality, or related fields * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Basic/Intermediate English Responsibilities: * Manage customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment of our value proposition. * Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities to uphold high operational quality standards. * Administer and control inventory of supplies required for daily operations. * Update and maintain operational and administrative control tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Serve as the liaison between the back-office team and the office management team to ensure seamless communication regarding office-related information. * Collaborate on other office management-related tasks as needed.
