




Job Summary: We are seeking an intern or recent graduate in Administration/Secretarial Studies to schedule and follow up on after-sales services, manage documents, and prepare reports within an innovative company. AC STAG SAC is a company dedicated to selling equipment for converting gasoline-powered vehicles to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and compressed natural gas (CNG). Requirements: * Pre-professional or professional intern, or recent graduate in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools, as well as Power BI. * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. * Availability to work in Surquillo. Responsibilities: * Schedule and follow up on after-sales services (via WhatsApp and email). * Receive, register, archive, and distribute documents (physical and digital). * Maintain updated administrative records and files for the department. * Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and other documents required by various departments in a timely manner. * Prepare periodic reports on activities, results, and administrative expenses, etc. BENEFITS: * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal payroll from the first day. * Pleasant work environment and opportunities for development. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
