Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with solid experience and knowledge in recruitment and selection processes and talent management. Requirements: * Experience in mass operational staff recruitment and selection for retail food service, cafeterias, or restaurants. * Ability to organize, plan, and monitor processes. * Knowledge of employee retention and workplace climate is desirable. * Graduation in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferably managing operational roles). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Responsibilities: * Experience in individual and/or mass selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Posting job requirements on various candidate sourcing channels such as Computrabajo, social media, etc. * Knowledge of candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and follow-up. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competencies Valued: * Proactivity and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Responsibility and confidentiality in handling information. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
