Job Summary: Bisa Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to contribute to the growth and strengthening of financial management by developing models, conducting simulations, and performing evaluations. Evaluation of portfolio acquisition opportunities and investment projects. ***Bisa Group*** is looking for a ***Financial Analyst*** who wishes to join our team and **contribute to the growth and strengthening of the organization's financial management.** ***What will be your responsibilities?*** * Develop financial models per operation (IRR, ROI, NPV, and other profitability indicators). * Simulate financial scenarios. * Financially evaluate portfolio acquisition opportunities and investment projects. * Support determination of maximum acquisition price. * Forecast and update the fund's monthly cash flow. * Monitor deviations versus forecasts and propose adjustments. * Monitor key financial ratios (coverage, leverage, profitability). * Prepare periodic financial reports for management. * Prepare quarterly reports for investors. * Build and automate financial and operational dashboards. * Consolidate and clean historical databases. * Propose improvements in analytical processes and tools. ***What are the requirements?*** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investments, banking, funds, or portfolio acquisition. * Proven experience in financial modeling (mandatory). * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Intermediate Power BI (mandatory). * Intermediate SQL knowledge (desirable). * Experience in investment structuring or project evaluation is desirable. ***What competencies are required?*** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Strategic business vision. ***Conditions*** * Salary: S/ 3,800 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * 100% on-site work If you meet this profile, please send your CV to ***smeza@bisagroup.com.pe*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.3,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
