We are a technology-sector company specializing in the importation and distribution of mobile devices and security cameras. Currently, we are seeking an **Import Analyst** with experience in international trade and global logistics management.

**Job Objective**
To manage and comprehensively track import processes, coordinating with international suppliers, logistics operators, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure adherence to timelines, documentation requirements, and applicable regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate maritime, air, and land import processes.
* Track international shipments and estimated arrival dates.
* Review import documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates, and related documents.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and warehouses.
* Manage nationalization and cargo release procedures.
* Monitor logistics costs, taxes, and import-related expenses.
* Update reports and track cargo status.
* Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales departments.
* Verify compliance with customs regulations and required permits.
* Manage international purchase orders.
**Requirements**
* Technical or university degree in International Business, International Trade, Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Minimum of **2 years’ experience in imports**.
* Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade documentation.
* Experience coordinating with customs agents and logistics operators.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Prior experience importing technology or electronic products is desirable.
* ERP system experience is desirable (**Odoo**).

**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
