Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager for real estate projects, responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, stock control, and dispatch coordination to ensure operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in warehouse supervision for real estate projects. 2. Advanced proficiency in S10 and warehouse control. 3. Comprehensive inventory and logistics management. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise receipt, verification, and storage of materials (delivery notes, purchase orders, quantities, quality, and condition) in S10\. * Manage and control inbound/outbound movements via Kardex and reports, ensuring traceability by workfront/line item. * Coordinate timely dispatches to construction sites according to the Resident Engineer/Construction Manager’s schedule. * Maintain warehouse order, signage, and zoning, applying sound warehousing and safety practices. * Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels, issue replenishment alerts, and coordinate with Procurement/Logistics. * Conduct cyclical and physical inventories, analyze variances, and support adjustments. * Manage returns, surplus materials, and non-conforming items, preparing reports and minutes. * Implement loss-prevention measures against shrinkage, loss, and theft (voucher control, access control, documentation). * Ensure compliance with OHS requirements in the warehouse (PPE, load handling, safe storage). **Requirements** * Technical or university degree (Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields). * Proven experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Manager on residential building real estate projects. * **Advanced-level S10 proficiency (mandatory).** * Proficiency in warehouse control: Kardex, inventories, delivery vouchers, delivery notes, purchase orders, and site-based consumption tracking. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (preferred).
