A Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of fiber-reinforced plastic products is seeking a **Commercial Technical Engineer - AutoCAD**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and blueprint reading (mandatory). * Existing client portfolio (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. * Willingness to travel to provincial areas. * Personal vehicle (desirable). **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + commissions. * 100% on-site work in the **Surquillo district**, **Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.** * **Service invoices** for the first 3 months, followed by **MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits)**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage, prospect, and expand an industrial client portfolio. * Identify and develop new business opportunities. * Deliver product and service presentations to potential clients. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Monitor sales performance and achieve established targets. * Use AutoCAD to develop technical designs and presentations. * Conduct client visits and post-sale follow-up. * Stay updated on market trends and competitive developments.
