Job Summary: Provide basic technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, thereby contributing to fast and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents (hardware and software). 2. Configure network equipment and security cameras. 3. Ongoing training and career development path. ***Field Technician / Technical Support*** * Work Mode: On-site * Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. * Day Off: Sundays * Salary: up to S/ 1,500 (subject to evaluation) * REMYPE payroll registration ***What will be your challenge?*** Provide basic technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, and contributing to fast and efficient service delivery. ***Responsibilities:*** * Handle Level **1 and Level 2** technical incidents (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. * Provide on-site and remote support to users. * Configure printers, scanners, email accounts, and access credentials. * Configure network equipment: **routers, switches, and access points (AP)**. * Assist in network management (WiFi, LAN connectivity). * Install software applications (e.g., Adobe, Autodesk, etc.). * Perform basic **structured cabling** tasks. * Install and configure **security cameras** (analog, IP, and WiFi). * Log and track support tickets. * Escalate complex cases to the relevant department. ***Requirements:*** * Technical graduate in Systems, Informatics, or related fields. * **6 months to 1 year** of experience (including internships). * Basic knowledge of Windows and Office tools. * Fundamental networking knowledge (internet, WiFi, LAN). * Prior user support experience is desirable. ***Benefits:*** * Positive work environment * Ongoing training * Career development path Application Question(s): * How old are you? * Do you agree with the terms outlined above? * Is your availability immediate? * Please provide your current mobile phone number Work Location: On-site employment
