Job Summary: We are seeking Green Area Operators to carry out preparation, planting, irrigation, pruning, and general maintenance of parks and green areas, ensuring their proper care and public beautification. Ensuring the care of plants and public beautification Hiring of seven (07\) Green Area Operators to provide services at the Sub-Management of Green Areas and Public Beautification of the District Municipality of Surquillo. **IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to submit a documented CV (attaching work certificates and all supporting documentation requested to verify compliance with job requirements).** The CV must be accompanied by the Curriculum Vitae Form and Sworn Statements, available at the following link: http://www.munisurquillo.gob.pe/nuevoportal/\#/procesos\-cas * CAS PROCESS NO. 067\-2026\-MDS **REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic Qualification:** * Completed primary education. **Specific Experience:** * Minimum of three (3\) months in positions or performing duties similar or equivalent to those outlined in this profile, either in the public or private sector. **General Experience:** * Minimum of six (6\) months in the public and/or private sector. **Knowledge:** * Maintenance and care of green areas in parks. **Skills / Competencies:** * Vocation, adaptability, initiative, stress tolerance, and proactivity. **SERVICE DESCRIPTION:** The service involves performing operational tasks including land preparation, planting, irrigation, pruning, and general maintenance and conservation of district green areas and parks, ensuring appropriate plant care and public beautification. **FUNCTIONS:** * Prepare land for plant planting in the sector assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Identify various plant types and their needs (fertilizers, cultivation methods, planting schedules, etc.), and perform grass cutting and sweeping across different green areas. * Carry out irrigation of green areas according to schedule to maintain and/or conserve optimal results. * Maintain tools and equipment required for the job in good working condition. * Promptly report completed activities as well as any incidents, damage, or irregular situations observed in the areas worked on. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations, as well as the proper and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for the job. * Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position’s mission. **WORK SCHEDULE:** From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (subject to administrative schedule changes), not exceeding 48 hours per week, including weekly rest in accordance with applicable law. **WORK LOCATION:** Municipality of Surquillo (any of its offices and/or locations assigned by the user department). **START DATE:** Effective May 19, 2026 (contract signing and registration). **POSITION TYPE:** Full-time – Administrative Service Contract (CAS).
